About us

Diversified Loan Services, Inc (DLS)  is a mortgage brokerage firm licensed by the California Bureau of Real Estate and National Mortgage Licensing System. DLS is principally engaged in the business of providing private money loans to borrowers who do not qualify for institutional loans. We fund these loans using private investors who are looking for higher rates of return on their investment and seeking the security offered by California Real Estate.

 

DLS has been funding HARD MONEY loans since 1982 and offers over 45 years of lending experience from its principle officers. Joseph Soares (President/CEO) has been with the company since inception and understands the needs of our clients. Chuck Breeden (Vice President) started with DLS in 2007 after 13 years in finance and wholesale lending. Together, Mr. Soares and Mr. Breeden make all loan decisions for DLS and handle all investor communications.

 

DLS also provides loan collection services for those investors who desire their loan portfolio to be serviced by a professional company. Mr. Soares and Mr. Breeden are actively involved with the day to day operations with Esther Bell acting as loan payment administrator and fund distributor.
